The service

Users without an account can use the standard camera and basic photography. Signed-in users can use AI photography guidance within free-use or membership limits. Guidance appears before capture; you decide whether to follow it and press the shutter yourself.

Accounts and regions

The Chinese mainland service supports +86 mobile sign-in only. The international service supports email or Sign in with Apple. An account belongs to the service region chosen at registration. Core capabilities are shared, but features, release timing, free-use limits, and membership benefits may vary by region and version as shown in the app.

AI uses and availability

A use is consumed only when the service successfully returns valid photography guidance. Network, server, or analysis failures do not consume a use. Online AI services may be interrupted or terminated because of network conditions, providers, maintenance, compliance, or other reasons. This does not affect the availability of the on-device standard camera or shutter.

Subscriptions and refunds

Membership subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, purchase restoration, and refunds follow App Store rules and the purchase screen. We do not promise prices, limits, or regional benefits that are not shown in the app.

Limits of AI guidance

AI output is photography guidance, not a guarantee of taste, professional evaluation, or a particular result. You remain responsible for deciding whether it is safe and appropriate to adjust the device or take a photo.

Acceptable use

Do not automate abuse, attack the service, bypass usage limits, damage or reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Changes, termination, and account deletion

We may update online services and these terms for security, compliance, and product improvement. Updated terms will be published on this website and, where appropriate, notified in the app or through another reasonable method. You can delete your account in the app. Records may be retained where required for law, disputes, or security.

Intellectual property and liability

LookDot software, branding, and service content are protected by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

Law, disputes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without excluding mandatory rights in your place of residence. Please first contact support at panan@youshulanse.com to discuss any dispute. If it is not resolved, you may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction or use any applicable consumer dispute-resolution mechanism.
